After hearing some feedback on the recent Android WORDsearch app update, it seems that if you have a certain Android phone or tablet you will have an issue getting to the sign-in option in order to access your books.
If you have a Samsung Galaxy S3, S4, the Note 1, the app will not display our Settings icon – the three vertical dots in the top right corner of the screen.
To get to the Sign-in option if this is happening to you:
Tap on the Menu icon that is left of the Home button at the bottom of the device. The Menu icon may not be lit up, or it may be invisible, but if you tap there where it normally appears, you will see the Settings menu.When our Settings menu appears, tap on Accounts. Tapping on Accounts will give you the option to either Login with Lifeway ID, Register for Lifeway ID, or Login with WORDsearch ID.
If you get an option to Login with Lifeway ID, tap on that, then, sign in with your Lifeway account credentials. If you do not have a Lifeway account, tap on Register for Lifeway ID to create a Lifeway account. Then you should be able to follow the rest of the instructions to link both of your accounts that are written out here.
