Quick Tip – Adding Favorite Books in Your Library


Did you know you can mark your favorite books as “Favorites” in your WORDsearch 11 library? The Favorites section in the Library tab is a handy tool for fast access to the books you find yourself consulting the most often. (Or just books that you love!) This is especially helpful if you have a large library. Today’s Quick Tip will show you how to add a book to your Favorites.

Staff Picks – 7

Each week the blog will feature a favorite book of a staff member that’s available on WORDsearch.

GA trip 2011 156Have you heard about the book 7: An Experimental Mutiny Against Excess by Jen Hatmaker?

The premise of the book is that Hatmaker fasted from certain parts of her life she found in excess each month for seven months.

For example, for the first month, she only ate seven different foods. Yes, you read that right. Instead of focusing on all the food options surrounding her, she gave up all food except the seven she choose. Another month, she gave away seven things a day. (And she still had plenty of stuff– that is how much stuff she had in her house!)
